Shipping & Delivery Policy
La Petite Sorcière delivers products Australia wide, using the service of Australia Registered Post - National Delivery Service.
No matter how little or how much you shop in the Boutique, La Petite Sorcière offers you a flat rate shipping charge Australia wide of $9 for every order, including handling, insurance and postage charges.
And if you spend $150 or more, La Petite Sorcière will send your beautiful items for FREE.
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing your order. Therefore, orders placed before 12pm on any business day will be processed that day, and orders placed after 12pm or during the week-end will be processed the following business day. If for any reason your order is delayed in dispatch, La Petite Sorcière will contact you within 48 hours to discuss with you.
Your beautifully wrapped package will be delivered in approximately 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. A confirmation email will be sent to you advising when your order has been shipped and it's tracking details.
Signature is required on delivery. All parcels are insured for loss.

Incorrect Delivery Address & Returned Parcels
If an incorrect address is provided or a parcel is returned to La Petite Sorcière as undeliverable, an extra postage fee of $14 will apply to send it again.

La Petite Sorcière is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed in the Boutique are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event of an ordered item is not available or your order can't be fulfilled, we will contact you to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At La Petite Sorcière we strive to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you've ordered.
if you are unhappy due to the size or colour of the product, if the product isn't how you expected, or if you just have changed your mind, let us know. La Petite Sorcière is happy to offer a refund or an exchange within 14 days of the original date of purchase.
If the product is faulty, unfit for its intended purpose, different to the product purchased or if a description was misleading or inaccurate, La Petite Sorcière will replace the item or refund its value.
Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on sale items, underwear and swimwear unless the items are faulty or different to those shown or described to you.
☆ Colours : Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor.
A receipt is required as proof of purchase and items for return or exchanges must be unworn, unused and unwashed in original packaging with tags intact. La Petite Sorcière reserves the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.
Any refunds given will be for the item's total value less any discounts or promotions applied to the original item, and will not include the initial postal charges.
Returns & Exchanges Procedure
To organize a refund or exchange, please contact La Petite Sorcière within 14 days of the original date of purchase. Once you have notified La Petite Sorcière, enclose your receipt and merchandise in a box and mail to :

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return parcels. We recommend a traceable mode of delivery as we will not be responsible for any parcels that are lost or misplaced.
Upon receiving your return, La Petite Sorcière will contact you to notify you of details of a refund or confirm your exchange.
☆ Refunds : Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
☆ Exchanges : An additional postage charge will apply to return the exchanged item to the customer.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please do contact La Petite Sorcière immediately. If your parcel is yet to be dispatched, we will gladly cancel and refund your order. If the parcel has been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for it's return.
